About
Greg Parsons
I started OnlineDiets.com because most diet advice online is trying to sell you something. I wanted a place where you could compare diets honestly: what they involve, what the research says, and who they don't suit.
What I do
I research and write the guides, check them against sources such as the NHS, the US National Institutes of Health and Harvard's Nutrition Source, and keep them up to date. I decide what gets published and I'm responsible when something is wrong. You can read the standards I follow in the editorial policy.
What I'm not
I'm not a doctor, a registered dietitian or any other kind of clinician. I can explain how a diet works and what the evidence says, but I can't tell you what's right for your body. If you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating, please talk to a doctor or dietitian before you change how you eat. Here's how the content is checked, and what that checking doesn't cover.
